Lazy Dogs Days of Summer

Blink, Petunia and I went on a nice ride today. I think Maggie was hovering over us because Blink kept looking back. Hank had to stay home because he is not quite mature enough to go riding. Maybe in 10 years. As you can see Hank was not suffering by being left at home.
Happy Summer

Okay, Merry Myrtle and Frankie and I want you to adopt us, at least for the summer anyway! What a beautiful way to spend the day…in nature with Petunia and Blink! So serene, so relaxing.

I lpve seeng how focused Blink is watching something in the water. Talk about “being in the moment”…perfect example right there.

If we came up for temporary adoption this summer, Frankie would have to stay home with Hank. I can walk around “free rein” with Merry Myrtle on my property without much concern. She stays with me. Frankie…nah…don’t see it happening!!!

OMD! Hank is thoroughly enjoying staying home in his chair on his fun blanket!! Can’t wipe the grin off my face in this one!!

And yes, Maggie is definitely with you in these nature walks. In fact, Blink was probably seeing her reflection in the water as she hoovered above you!!

Thanks for sharing this magical day!

    Sending love always!

Sally and Happy Hannah and Merry Myrtle too!

PS…I am a little miffed though…I saw the blog earlier and wanted to come back and visit it when I had a little more time to enjoy it. POOF! GONE!! Just don’t u derstand how some can stay for days…and some for hours! I think you should duplicate it a d post the blog again! Oh yes I do!!

Sally we would adopt you anytime. Frankie and Hankie could tear up the wilderness that would put Bernie Bin Laden to shame.

The lake Blink is staring at the log is Cliff lake and the lake Petunia is eating at is Campbell lake, both in the Marble Mt wilderness. We love it, it’s our sanctuary.

Oh my gosh we’ve been to Cliff Lake with Jerry. Pure paradise! You’re so lucky to live there.

I love it. That lake is very beautiful. I know my clowns wouldn’t be mature enough to go riding either. They probably would run the other direction afraid of the horse. 🙂

    Thank you for sharing
